Job Title: Java Developer/Architect
Bill Rate: $63/hr C2C
Location: Camp Hill, PA
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Description:
Required Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Technical project lifecycle management, Java design and development, J2EE, Databases, Spring, JMS, JNDI, and Web services;
- Object-oriented design and analysis, including Java;
- Messaging and parallel transaction processing systems;
- Performance tuning, scalability, and optimization strategies, preferably related to high volume, mission critical systems and testing frameworks (including JUnit) and concepts (including Test Driven Development, Regression and Parametric testing).
- Strong experience in core java, hibernate, transaction and session management
- Experience in Unit testing using Junit framework and Websphere
- Must have at least 2 years of Healthcare industry knowledge
- Knowledge of healthcare exchanges is strong plus.
- Required skills are: Java, JMS, Spring, Spring JDBC Template, JAXB XML, SQL, DB2;
- Excellent Written/Verbal Skills
- Excellent Team Player Skills
Preferred Skills:
- 5 + years experience.
- Recommend changes on project design concepts to improve efficiency.
- Develop design specifications, installation instructions and other system-related information.
- Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security and scalability of java system architecture.
- Select apt design solutions and ensure compatibility of system components working with software engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and support development of systems.
- Identify system data, hardware and software components required to meet user needs.
- Implement solutions focusing on reuse and industry standards at a program, enterprise or operational scope.
- Head system architecture, design, cross business area projects and development teams.
- Design, develop, implement and maintain series of programs, subsystem, revision and enhancement of current system.
Expected Deliverables:
- Develop design specifications, installation instructions and other system-related information.
