Must haves:
5+ Years of software testing experience
2+ years of recent hands-on performance testing experience (load, stress, spike, etc.)
C# Development experience
Extensive database knowledge (SQL)
Web server knowledge and experience
Networking knowledge and experience
Experience using Visual Studio and TFS
Experience with Web Services
Experience working with profiling/monitoring tools such as Sitescope or New Relic
Coded UI experience
Experience using Selenium
Day to Day:
You will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and monitoring performance test activities on our client's application. You will be developing new performance tests in C# and maintaining existing performance tests in Coded UI in order to identify bottlenecks in the application. You will be executing the performance tests in order to identify and report the performance issues the application is experiencing from a backend perspective. You will be using Selenium, Visual Studio, MS Test Manager and TFS as tools to identify, report and track bugs.
