Role: Android Developer
Location: NY 
Duration: 6 months

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Senior Web/Mobile developer able to participate in design, based on existing standards and signed-off requirements. Should be able to work independently in the development of a complete solution, based on agreed upon design. Must have experience in an iterative development process including multiple feedback phases. Must have experience unit testing his/her own code for high quality delivery, and should have experience documenting architecture, design and development (both in-code and in supplemental documents).

Developer should be able to:

• Design, develop, test a mobile app for the Android platform using
• Appcelerator/Titanium Studio for the rapid collection of data
• Design, develop, test a portal for viewing reports/follow-up items based on data collected in the mobile app
• Produce technical documentation for all development work (review code, write unit tests)

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years as a Developer
• Experience on the Android development platform
• Experience developing mobile apps for Android using Appcelerator/Titanium
• Extensive knowledge of:
• JavaScript
• JSON
• Ajax
• Sql Lite (db design)
• .NET 3.5/4/4.5
• C#
• MVC 3/4
• SQL/Stored Procedures
• HTML 5

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Experience on Android Development platform
• Experience designing, developing, and testing a mobile app for the Android platform
• using Appcelerator/Titanium Studio
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
