Must-haves

Java User Interface development to re-engineer brown-field application. 

Front end Java Development

UI framework utilizing Bootstrap

UML

Hibernate

Experience with an Electronic Provider File system

Day-to-Day : This is an enterprise application developed by the HSPHD ITRM development area. The application was initially developed a number of years ago and has since been modified on several occasions. Development work is standardizing the presentation layer of all applications to align with current standards, revise web applications and responsive design. Candidate will be responsible for the design and development of Java user interfaces pages and controller code from specifications that will be provided. The specifications will include user interface wire frames, user interface requirements document and a UML diagram. The code will be accepted after a review by architecture review team members. The re-work of the Electronic Provider File will align the application with current standards for web based applications.
