Nutrition Science Tenure-Track Faculty Position
Position: Assistant or Associate Professor in Nutrition; 9 mo. appointment.
Start date: September 2015.
Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate level courses and graduate level courses with an emphasis in nutrient metabolism, and clinical nutrition and other courses that support the Nutrition Science and Dietetics options of the Food and Nutrition Program. Participate in research/scholarly funding for research and programs, collaborate in interdisciplinary projects and participate in departmental curriculum and program development.
Minimum Qualifications: Doctor of Philosophy in nutritional science, public health with emphasis on nutrition or closely related areas from an accredited university completed by September 15, 2015 is required. Commitment to teaching and mentoring a diverse student population.
