Technical/Functional Skills
8+ years work experience as ASP.NET 4.5 ,MVC 4.0 ,XML Developer and Designer
Experienced in developing web applications using MVC 4.0
8+ years of Experience in client side technologies, Java script, Jquery, CSS,AJAX
8+ years Experience in SQL Server Data base
Experience in SQL Query tuning
Good problem solving skills, trouble shooting website performance issues
Experience in supporting 24/7
Experience in handling support tickets
Experience in ecommerce environment is a plus
Roles and responsibility
Understand the flow of ecommerce application and support the ecommerce website handle any issues.
Analyse the tickets trends and contribute towards permanent resolution of tickets /proactive support.
Make enhancements to the existing ecommerce application.
Prepare analysis /design documents and other relevant documantation.
Work with offshore team ,team in EU coordinate on need basis.
Work with thirdparty vendors , which provide part of the ecommerce site functionality.
