Required skills

-          Around 10 yrs of experience

-          Strong hands on experience in OBIEE/OBIA technology

-          Strong hands on experience in Informatica/DAC

-          Financial domain experience

-          Good client coordination

-          Good communication skills

-          Good lead capabilities for onshore /offshore coordination

-          Willing to take care of hands on technical support

 

Preferred skills

 

-           OBIA implementation experience

-          HR analytics

-          Finance domain certifications

-          Process knowledge

-          People soft finance knowledge
