Years of Relevant Experience:  7 plus years
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent
 
Required Skills:
Masters Certificate - Project Management
 MBA Preferred
Business Analysis and RFP Writing (5 Years)
Ability to document and analyze complex business processes and propose redesigns or  areas for improvement (5 Years)
Test Scripts, testing and UAT (5 Years)
Software Development Life Cycle (5 Years)
 Strong Analytical Skills and Understanding
Strong Skills in Microsoft Productivity Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
 
Desired Skills
Software Development Life Cycle Report Writing using SQL Scripts                       

             
GUI Design experience                                                
Familiarity with ASP.Net, SQL Server, Java Script          
Knowledge of NJ State and DHS policy                
Prior DHS experience  
 
Highly Desired:
Agile Project Management methodology (5 Years)
Experience with task management documentation systems (i.e. JIRA, Basecamp, Redmine)
