Re: [MTC Global] Certain Universities don't pay Ph.D. guide's fee

Dear Sir, It is sad to learn about such a trend. "The Research House"
whether a University or a Company or the Govt. cannot expect to conduct
research FOC. They have to pay all the way. The Scholar must be paid for
research work, the Supervisor must be paid for the guidance and the
examiners must be paid for their assessment and evaluation. Any Institution
that does not do this loses it right to the ownership of quality work and
ends up compromising research itself.
A university that charges abnormal fees from the scholar, does not pay the
supervisors or the examiners is only a front for the scamsters. The only way
is for the academics to avoid joining such institutions or even lending
their name to it.
