- With technology trend simplifying the business model for new Educational Institution to offer online support with video conferencing on Mobile Computing Cloud, I strongly feel that mastering teaching skills to facilitate professional video shooting of own lectures would become prerequisite for success of the teacher and the department, contributing significantly to the institutional brand value.
- Video Recording Studio with state of the art hardware and software will be the infrastructural support needed needed from management.

The MOOC is a daring method of study. If it fails, it will have succeeded as a fascinating experiment.
So, here is, perhaps, the most elaborate report on its progress. The critical analysis is good. E.g.
"Two-thirds of MOOC professors surveyed by The Chronicle of Higher Education in 2013 said they had never taught a fully online course before their first open online class. Many universities rushed their courses online in response to the initial hype, often choosing popular professors or volunteers rather than looking for the best teachers for the MOOC environment. A student who already has an advanced degree is far better equipped to navigate such a course, especially one covering difficult material."
But don't miss the readers' comments, for some of them are even better than the analyses. E.g.
"... non-traditional learners can access MOOCs, but that these probably require substantial motivation to engage.
As an online teacher and as a person who has taken online courses, it is imperative that the instructor know how to reach out and engage the student. You can have a course full to the brim with knowledge but if you don't know how to deliver it.....it is worthless.
"Few students have the discipline to teach themselves (which is what it takes to sit in front of a computer and watch lessons) and those who have that discipline will succeed with or without MOOCs."
