Top Skills needed:
ETL development - Senior folks are consider mid level at LN
Ability to handle difficult files that require analysis
Understanding of cleansing and data linking
It does not matter if candidates have SSIS or Oracle based tools like Informatica as they use ECL which is their proprietary language. They just need to have strong ETL skills.
This is an individual contributor at a Senior level.
The HM will consider candidates with limited experience as long as they are highly educated. The biggest issue they have is with people that have lots of knowledge and cannot readjust their thinking on the fly.
