Job Description:
· 3-5 years of ecommerce business analyst experience.
· Experience working on e-commerce websites, website optimization, ecommerce, user experience, and web analytics
· Experience with Ruby on Rails preferred
· Define and create use cases and use case diagrams
· Experience writing user stories
· Experience in facilitating prioritization across multiple business stakeholders
· Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
· Strong technical knowledge of web technology efficiencies and conversion performance.
· Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experienced in using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
· Ability to debug data using query tools ie. Access, MySQL, Oracle a plus
· Define project tasks, test plans, test cases and participate in both the QA and UAT process.
· Data driven, customer focused, proactive, creative and innovative
· Good communication skills
