Working in an agile team environment to build and support Online Enrollment for a wide range of insurance products.
System programming (web/mobile UIs, service based) with various technologies including: .NET 3+, C#, SQL 2008, JavaScript, jQuery, Sitecore, Kony.
Analyze varying solutions and provide strategic recommendations with an eye on functionality, cost, technology and value as appropriate.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills for interacting with team members to identify and remediate issues/bugs.
Perform independent testing and coordinating with Quality Assurance personnel.
Project Detail
Projects will use Medical Mutual Agile/Scrum Methodology, standards and document templates.
Project involves implementation of Individual Retail sales tools in both on-site .NET solutions and also cloud-hosted vendor solutions. Solutions integrate with multiple back-end systems so ability to coordinate solution requirements across these areas is important.
Current technology is: .NET 3+, C#, SQL 2008, Visual Studio 2010 Team System, Harvest, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, SSIS, web services, Sitecore, Kony, MS Office, Visio, MS Project.

Job Description:
The Systems Programmer works to provide a stable-operating environment for the information technology needs of the business, and offers technical leadership to facilitate the practical and economical use of available technology.
Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities Installs software operating systems, subsystems and products, using SMP/E or required methodology.
Performs software tailoring to build application environments.
Provides support for installed software and changes, and on-call support for problem resolution as required.
