Hi,
The Chairman of Belgium should not be worried. His SCNC is in tact.Ayah Paul is not the problem, if he were, then SCNC -which ever one would have long delivered the goods. The goods are not only meant for the great fighters and Monarchs  but for the useless ones like Ayah Paul to enjoy. So my brother focus on your objective, if you had properly  formulated one. This struggle is not about Chairmen, for if it were, then we would have finished a long time ago with people like you. Many SCNCs will soon know that  those who created them will have them intact 100years after.
This summarizes all what I have been insinuating!!! Face the issues, not individuals and positions!!

Comrade Ayaba, I do not the list care about the appointment of
Hon Ayah either as the president of Cameroun or minister.
My only worry was and still is how he became SCNC "chairman"
As a person he has the right to be appointed to what ever in Cameroun,
that will never be my problem. But having an SCNC chairman is my
problem as a member.

It can be quite amazing how the occupiers' appointment of Paul Ayah became a NW/SW issue; a Nfor issue; an SCNC issue and finally a Kaavi issue. We must rise above the fray and learn to adjust to certain domestic realities we can not change for the interest of the state. I think comrade Ngangs posting on the NW/SW issue holds true for tribal cleavages and also group and individual differences.

Ekwensu Kenneth Jean Begheni Ndeh,
So nu?
You know the process regarding the actualization of the independence and sovereignty of Southern Cameroons will also be deviled by people like you who have their mouths to the West and their stomachs to the East.
These are the hypocrites who thick you can be bot SCNC and SDF.
Or, in your case, CPDM and SDF.
Come on, whom are you deceiving?
Be that as it may, the Ntemfac Ofege whom you castigate out of sheer malice and ignorance is the one who, ages ago, posted this message for the benefit of the WORLD.
Ro 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. It could be interesting to consider that the National Chairman of the SCNC is the Advocate General of the Camerounese Supreme Court. Now, let's play the game with the cards we have been dealt.

Why I think is a bad move for Ayah Paul is that , he will end up in Jail after a few months. He will be ridiculed and exposed to the savagery acts of  Paul Biya. Again why should an opposition leader worked under the regime he is against. I think Ayah is wise enough  to know what awaits him in Yaoundé is he accept the appointments.
Mr. Ayah Paul has a very big decision of his whole life in the next couple of days.

Hi my People,
Waoh, this is good news for another brother to be appointed. But what is Ayah's opinion about this appointment as a supreme court Judge?
Is he not called up to be put into a political garage where he will be getting his own Total fuel tickets?
Mmmmmmh, socio-political desires, emotions and sentiments may only bring confused-confusion in fueling debates and suggestions that may not help us to give good foresight counselling.
Himself, as an old civil servant knows the system very well and that he is to be a judge among many other judges (a drop of water in a glass of water).
In Cameroon, a judge in the Supreme Court is just like a study officer who only work on files sent to him by the President of the Court, so he can stay in his office for years without a file sent to him.
We should all know that Ayah is not to be the President of the Cameroon Supreme Court. Yes, but a judge in which of the departments in the Supreme Court?
Watch out.

Happy Xmas and God bless us all.

Apostle Dr. Ako-Egbe

there. How about that?

AYAH Paul ABINE Appointed Advocate General of the Supreme Court.

Should he accept?

Some 38 years ago, AYAH Paul ABINE took an oath to render justice to all manner of people without fear or favour. On several occasions, he even presided over landmark rulings against the state of Cameroon. This stopped him NOT from quickly ascending his ladder as a career magistrate; for four years, he served as State Counsel, and president of court for eighteen years.

Legislative interruption: after ten years in parliament with very critical and opposing views, the law provides he would have been automatically assimilated by the judicial system. His case was different this time. AYAH continued unperturbed to hammer hard against the regime. And has even spoken oftentimes to lend legal credence to the claims of the SCNC.
Now, government has bowed! They realised that no amount of 'punishment' on AYAH could do the trick.

Question: Will the Rt Hon. AYAH Paul who is currently PAP Secretary General remember his oath to render justice to ALL MANNER OF PEOPLE including members of the SCNC, political parties, the common man/woman etc? Given that there's no way to serve justice without being appointed by the Supreme Magistracy, will AYAH not be going against his oath if he were to nose-thumb the appointment?

In my personal opinion, sitting at the Supreme Court bench would provide AYAH a higher ground to continue spitting fire and making sure that the sledge hammer lands on the guilty especially the 'high and mighty'!

Remember: After 2011 presidential election, rumours were rife that AYAH had turned down numerous offers of becoming minister. Being a minister may have caused AYAH to succumb to the will of the executive boss. Now that the constitution provides, in article 37 (2) that the Judicial Power shall be independent of the executive and legislative powers, and knowing how strong AYAH's independent mindset is, I invite all and sundry to form a ring around AYAH and the cameroun executive and enjoy the palapala!

------------------>THE TRIAD PRINCIPLE<-------------------------
**Only when we acknowledge and remain steadfast to the TRUTH**
**Only when we recognize and never negotiate away our RIGHTS**
**Only when we accept the realities of our one and unique IDENTITY**

Only by adopting these TRIAD principles of survival and propagation
Can we expect to harness and maintain the power that belong to us as the people, the nation, the state and as the REPUBLIC OF AMBAZONIA (The United Nations Trust Territory of the Southern Cameroons under United Kingdom Administration).

THIS IS OUR INALIENABLE RIGHT WHICH MUST BE RESTORED BY EVERY 'MEANS' POSSIBLE! We have only two options, the AMBAZONIA's Sovereignty-equality/Sovereignty-recognition model (the option-ONE) is here to enable us take advantage of the law as we mobilize our people to recognizing their rights to their AMBAZONIAN nationality.  The other alternative left for us is the conflict model [option TWO], which still must be FULLY ENGAGED recognizing that it has its own set rules! CAUTION!! we must get our people "hurriedly" mobilized TO ACTUALIZED THEIR RIGHTS TO THEIR NATIONALITY as AMBAZONIANS and not fight Cameroon as 'southern cameroonians". To call ourselves 'SOUTHERN CAMEROONIANS', can hardly be  recognized by observers as an act of "self-determination". It is time to think SMARTER even while we get ANGRIER!
