Really it is marvelous step for the benefits of masses. However, it is
expected that DCT will reach to every child in the State with almost
affordable cost (I prefer free), sound infrastructure and updating and up-
gradation of DCTs at least every after 2 years.

There is a high time that HE needs to adapt such a strategy. Sooner the
better. DCTs can be generated by a specialized group of faculty, preferably
institute-wise rather than a uniform DCTs.
