The symbol gives MTC encapsulating Globe.
The two vertical lines with blue one in between is M (Management), The broader horizontal space a.k.a line above and the verticals protruding to below represents alphabet T (Teachers),and the half circle resembles C (Consortium) .
The whole gamut of half circle with T at the root (right bottom corner) with the Globe in its womb represents Maturity-Tenacity-Continuity which is symbolic of MTC-Management Teachers Consortium...Global
