Senior Business Analyst :

 

Authors, reviews and edits (business/functional) Requirements, specifications, Use Cases, GUI, Screen, Report and Interface designs. Basing these on interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

• Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

• Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management

• Teamwork - Facilitates effective team interaction

• Ability to plan and design testing methods, scenarios and cases

• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project

• Experience working with a formal SDLC (System Development Lifecycle)

• Knowledge and experience in Energy Trading activities

• Knowledge and experience in Accounting and Finance/Banking/Commodities systems
