Oracle Merchandizing Operations Management (RMS, Allocations, REIM, RPM, ReSA) business/systems analysis	·   Analyze and help resolve "Level II" and "Level III" production support issues related to the applications ·   Work with PLCB production support resources to analyze the root cause of the problem ·   Develop new functional specifications (MD50's/MD60's) for new projects, enhancements or production support updates. ·   Make changes in application setups (configuration) ·   Make changes in application security setups ·   Design and support the development and test of changes to existing custom programs (RICEW objects) required to resolve production support or in support of projects or enhancements ·   Perform programmatic corrections to production data ·   Work with Oracle Support to resolve application-related issues ·   Test Oracle-provided patches ·   Provide Knowledge Transfer of solutions design and Oracle products ·   Participate in capacity planning ·   Participate in disaster recovery exercises	5
