Total experience in required skill (years) 4-6 Years
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• Sitecore/Web CMS platform experience
• Should have good analysis and technical background
• Good working knowledge of Agile using TFS/JIRA
• Have skill in writing epic, user stories, grooming them for a sprint, creating release notes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well versed with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Able to communicate with the technical team working out of a European based offshore location effectively in translating business requirements to functional/technical specifications.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills
• eCommerce experience preferred
• A good understanding of Information architecture desirable
• Be able to run sprint demos walking the business team through user stories in a sprint
• Be able to work with more than one BU
• Be able to train the business team on sitecore related items that pertain to a sprint
