1. Minimum of 7 years experience in designing and implementing complex web application. 

2. Minimum of 5 years experience in similar Sr. Engineer (or equivalent) role. 

3. Good working knowledge of java, J2EE , HTML , Java script, IBM Portal and web services 

4. Support full software development life cycle involving application analysis/design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment and support. 

5. Experience of working within a formal software development methodology/ framework. 

6. Good working knowledge of EJB2.0 JSF , Hibernate , Lucene/SOLR
