Re: Dokta AZONGA???GO AND SLEEP///// AN UNUSUAL UNION BETWEEN THE CPDM AND THE SDF

Massa Ndi Nkem

This is simply a recycled article which is more than three years old. What is this nonsense about Me Sama not knowing who Ndongo Essomba is? Dokta Tikum Berebo Azonga simply "jam ting 4 tok". These children all go to school either is Soa or Ngoa Ekelle. You know how those "Mini-Cites" around those University campuses are. It is alleged that they are high class citadels of abundant sex (both on (PYK) Pay as You Knack basis and NJOH for their classmates)....It is no different in Buea (I even hear that the promiscuity in UB pass mark and na Lock Mop. They claim that you only need to show up with a sleek car wearing a Monkey Super 100 Coat and the UB "Pro" Rhumtas will be all over you. They even know your name and where you are coming from B4 U even start the "braining").

Mr. Azonga should go and sit down if he has nothing to write about. If he were not a Shesan (solidarite oblige) like moi-meme, I should have reproduced the old article on the said Bamendrous/Ewondo marriage. What is he talking about? When my mum (Ewondo) married Pa Fon (Bamendrous) in 1955, was there any SDF or CPDM? At that time, we had only "Maquisards" who were mainly of Bamileke and Bassa extraction most of whom were either hiding in the Sanaga dense forests of Ngog Mapubi, Col Batie mountains near Bafang and Nkongsamba or sought refuge in the Southern Cameroons where they started "teasing" our Bayangui, Bakweri, Coffee Bangfeh and Baforchu girls to the point of "borning pikin with them. Can you imagine? That is how today some children end up with names like: Namondo Ngo Bayiha Kamga Fon Mishe. If no be badluck, what kind of an embarassing combination is that? That is how some children are refused Government scholarship for further studies abroad bicos Ngopna no know whether the pikin na Bami, Nyangui, Bakweri, Bamendrous or "Join Join blood".

That is why you find many "Anglophones" today with names such as: Konde, Messi, Momha, Patcha, Mahop, Etoundi, Kamgang, Kamdem, Owono, Ngo Bassong, Biboum, Tchouteu, Bilikha, Bayiha, Andela, Tientche, Ngassa, Tassinda, Abena, Matip, Ndi, Bikok, Ambassa, Monekosso, Njana, Nguni, Sindjou, Asonganyi Nkem etc....MOST of whom (except Mbouda) don't speak a single word in French but are sometimes "culturally" attached to "Francophone" La Republique du Cameroun by Natural affinity. Most of these born and raised "Anglophones" delivered in the seventies and eighties don't even know that their parents were "Francophones" from East Cameroon. If you want proof, attend any Tiko, Limbe or Muyuka monthly meetings in the USA, London or Lagos, and come back and let us talk. I know what I am talking about.

If you want to understand why Southern Cameroons finds itself in Political limbo; herein lies all the political wahala that the oligarchs of the CPDM have successfully capitalized on these past fifty five years.
Dokta Azonga; that is the simple explanation for that marriage. It has natty to do with CPDM nor SDF. Un point un trait.

CPDM / SDF became bed fellows eighteen years ago. Marriage has nothing to do with political honest policies. If somebody thinks marriage should stop good reasoning in politics then they should read WW1 and many other world conflicts, despite lots if close marriages within royal families of Europe, they have gone to war.
Between, was Paul Biya at the marriage? did you not hear that it was the marriage that pave the way for Biya to meet Fru Ndi? So what has changed since the meet? The looting of Cameroon 's treasury has stopped?'massa make wuna live man drink water.

Haba!! Billy, Sometimes I honestly have difficulties understanding where you are coming from LOL.. I was of the opinion that Mr. Azonga was merely narrating a true story showing how two enlightened families where able to allow their children to form a matrimonial union, despite their entrenched opposing political ideologies. I liked the story and believe that it should be emulated by many, not only in Cameroon but across Africa... I can't believe you came down so hard in your condemnation of Mr. Azonga's narration...maybe I'm missing something!!!
Happy New Year

Tikum Mbah Azonga
This your reasoning is really lame. Must Billy Mukoi and his siblings be Rev. Pastors because their father was one. What makes you think that a child must follow the father's ideology? If that is the case, where then is the freedom of expression? Any human being should think independent of the parents. I have never seen such lame reasoning.

A MA RRIAGE BETWEEN THE CPDM AND THE SDF

Assuredly, politics is not only a level-playing field but also one
that can be full of surprises. That was the case with a wedding that
took place not so long ago between the son of a member of Cameroon`s
ruling party, the CPDM on the one hand, and the daughter of a leading
member of the opposition SDF party.

I caught the story while it was narrated on a national television
station recently by the father of the bride, Barrister Sama Francis
Asanga, who happens to be the current President of the Cameroon Bar
Association.

As the story goes, one day Barrister Sama`s phone rang and when he
picked it up, he realized the caller was the Hon. Ndongo Essomba, a
high-ranking member of the CPDM party. Sama is also a high-ranking
member of the SDF. So the call was something of a surprise to the
lawyer.

The caller asked whether that was "Papa Sama". Lawyer Sama is his
father`s successor and therefore the Head of the Sama Family. He told
the caller that he was the one. Then the caller introduced himself.
Taken aback, the lawyer asked whether it was the Honourable Ndongo
Essomba of the CPDM who was on the line and the latter confirmed that
it was him. To be sure, the lawyer asked whether it was really
"Honourable Ndongo Essomba, leader of the CPDM Parliamentary Group",
to which the caller still said it was.

Barrister Sama then asked him whether he was sure he knew who he was
talking to and the parliamentarian said he was fully aware he was
talking to "Papa Sama". The Attorney next asked the Member of
Parliament if he also knew that he, Sama, was a member of the SDF
opposition party. The caller said he did. He asked the parliamentarian
whether he also knew he, Sama, was not just a member of the SDF
opposition party but actually a brother of the party`s Chairman, Ni
John Fru Ndi. Ndongo Essomba said he knew all of that very well.

"You know it, yet are calling me?", Sama enquired.

"Yes, Papa Sama. It`s you I`ve called and it`s you I want to speak
to", came the firm reply.

When Sama asked him what was the purpose of the call, he said it was
something important but not one that could be discussed over the
phone. He . . .
