No harm teaching sex in the process, though not exactly, followed in disseminating the elementary technical concepts to the medical students.

The legal and health implications of sex should also be covered, for example the disease, penalties for misuse, duties and responsibilities to protect the society from its perpetrators. Yes of course, revealing the myths that surrounds adolescence, women's rights - as suggested by Ms Usha Gowri.

There are experienced educators experienced who should be able to provide the right track of educating the students.

Nevertheless,  sex education is a double edged sword, if not handled properly,may likely boomerang

It covers issues related to nutrition, health, hygiene, physical fitness and mental health besides drug abuse, reproductive and sexual health and HIV-AIDS.
