REQUIRED SKILLS
- 7+ years of technical experience in a client-server environment
- 5+ yrs, demonstrated experience in Storage with a solid technical foundation including multiple operating systems, various FC switching platforms and in-depth understanding of disk subsystems and I/O protocols
- Experience with industry-leading SAN vendors – EMC, HP, NetApp, Hitachi, 3Par
- 5+ yrs, working with SAN protocols
- 5+ yrs, working with all RAID levels and technologies, including the various abstraction layers
- 5+ yrs, carving LUNs, Zoning Fabrics and troubleshooting
- Experience working with highly complex systems administration, database administration, and landscape maintenance
- Experience creating storage procedures and documentation
- Experience working with highly complex system implementations and organizational processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel
