Technical/Functional Skills
Ø Experience of 3+ years in Callidus product
Ø Experience in creating rule elements used in the rules of compensation plans such as fixed value, variables, territories, rate tables, look up tables, quota, and formula, etc. in True Comp.
Ø Experience in creating Credit types, Event Types, earning groups and reason codes in True Comp application for commission calculations based on lines of business.
Ø Experience in creating various commission reports for business users to understand the payments of the agents.
Ø Implementation of various optimization techniques for batch cycles to improve the performance Implementation of pending queue management concept to hold the payments of the agents.
Ø Implementation of look up tables for commission rates for agents based on age bands, product type, withdrawal charge option and indicators.
Ø Experience in writing / Creating SQL and PL/SQL statements like SQL Views, Stored Procedures, Packages and Functions in Oracle
Ø Nice to Have – Experience in Callidus Cloud Monaco
Ø Nice to Have - Experience in Reporting tools Business Objects
