Job Description :

This Program Mgmt role requires broad business acumen, strong executive communications skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and excellent project management competencies including strong presentation creation skills.

Qualifications:
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to be clear, concise, and respectful in communications with executives and worldwide account teams
• 3-5 years of experience in business programs/operations roles, with emphasis on event planning and program mgmt
• Strong proficiencies with Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Represents the needs of the business, function, or geography during the IT priority-setting process.
• Identifies leverage opportunities where IT can provide cost-effective, standard solutions to meet the needs of multiple
• Actively participates in IT projects to ensure that business, function, and geography "customers" are included appropriately and ensures that they receive sufficient and timely communications.
• Promotes best practices found in working with one business/function/geography to other business and function/organizations.
• Operates as an agile self-starter; able to work independently to manage diverse workload and coordinate with multiple team members for direction on a daily basis
• Can define and drive workflows, business processes, and program improvements
• Exhibits broad range of proven cross-group organizational competencies
• Exceptional organizational skills; this role requires orchestrating many diverse elements and a critical attention to deadlines and timing
• BA degree required
