Looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst to be responsible for business process analysis which includes creation of BRD in support of the Pension Risk Transfer business within Prudential Retirement Technology.
This includes engaging business customers to elicit clear understanding of what technology is needed is to meet objectives.
Responsible for consistent on-time delivery of quality deliverables in accordance with agreed upon plans.
The BRD is expected to be written and articulated clearly and must include a workflow of current process and future process expectations.
Presentation and explanation of BRD, as needed, to support technology team understanding and preparation of project estimates.
Retirement business knowledge is a requirement; knowledge of the Pension Risk Transfer/Pension DB space is a plus.
Will be responsible for eliciting business needs from partners, ensuring needs and objectives of project are appropriately documented in BRD document, helping facilitate review, understanding and estimation of work resulting from BRD, and ensuring project team understands details of BRD and overall business objectives and goals of project.
