Job Description :      
- Gather and document requirements. 
- Produce software designs and design documentation. 
- Develop software. 
- Produce and execute detailed test plans. 
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with end-users in user environment. 

Skills/Qualifications needed for Software Developer Position: 
- Microsoft .NET (C#, Visual Basic)
- Microsoft Classic Visual Basic and Visual Basic for Applications. 
- Excellent people skills and communication skills. 
- 5 years IT experience.
