Role & Responsibilities
Working within a team of engineers focused on the delivery of Messaging services (on a core Microsoft Exchange platform), the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of design, engineering and ongoing development and sustaining of the CA Email Supervision service. This will also include engaging with business representatives to discuss new policy requirements, and the subsequent development and deployment of resulting policies.

There is a production support organization responsible for the operation and support of the Messaging services. The role will also include providing Level 3 support to the Production team.

Expertise / Experience
You are a senior engineer with expert knowledge of CA Email Supervision ( CA DLP) service infrastructure and policy development.

Experience in a large global corporate enterprise would be extremely beneficial, as would previous exposure to the compliance and regulatory challenges of the financial services industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Other Relevant Technical capabilities include:
• Windows Server 2008, including configuration, security, resilience aspects
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Active Directory / LDAP
• Windows Powershell
• Perl / Shell scripting
• Windows package development
