  I too have some differnce of opinion to place the answer as what Sri Shilendra dasari mentioned. And particularly with regard to occupation as You missed about the persons working in Private sector. As I am working as Prof & Principal in a private college i have to mark only self employed.

I have filled up , assuming that the first two options are strongly dis agree and dis agree.
