RE: [MTC Global] [Weekend Debate] Commercialization of Research

Obviously, research has to benefit the industry then only it is worthwhile but it is wrong to say that it did not make much impact on education. After all learning from research has enriched all the stakeholders and has brought in funds also both for institution and the individuals. What more impact one expects on the education?

Subject: [MTC Global] [Weekend Debate] Commercialization of Research

Corporate funding for research in educational institutions is a welcome move. But some people contradict that corporate funding for research only benefits the companies and not having much impact on education itself.

In recent times, a hot debate broke out in Germany on Corporate Funding to over 1000 projects.
