Skills :

Must have automation and selenium testing

Agile environment/identify and streamline, code, delivery and quality of code. Off shore team, to execute the code. Global powerhouse Media solution.

Java code from scratch vs. using library code. Knows how code works, and how to change it.

Understands the business, if it moves, or priorities change they dont get upset and easily adjust to it.

Agile/sprint- will do front, middle, backend work

Need someone who has used Selenium and is familiar with the Project Order Model (POM)

Someone who is comfortable with doing all, and who does not have an ego.
