§ T/SQL- a large portion of the job responsibilities of this position will involve using T/SQL so they must be very familiar with this and have strong recent experience with it
§ SQL DBA experience- this position is responsible for Jr level DBA functions so they want someone with a few years ofSQL DBA experience- please note though- this is a Jr level DBA position, they want someone with only 2-3 years ofDBA experience so they do not become bored in the role.
