Strong Business Analyst with Mobile and User Experience design knowledge ( 2 needed)
Business Analyst with Mobile and User Experience design knowledge. Skilled in eliciting and defining business requirements and converting them to system requirements through the use of Use Cases and detailed System Specifications in an Iterative and Agile Environment. Skilled in defining what the system needs to do to conform to the business needs. Skilled in requirements discovery and definition. Knowledge of customer/user experience, with an emphasis on mobile and responsive web solutions.
1. Strong Business Analysis experience
2. Requirements elicitation and representation
3. Business Requirements development and management
4. Strong Use Case experience
5. User Stories experience
6. Experience eliciting/defining/writing system requirements
(functional and non-functional)
7. Workflow/process mapping
8. Create wireframes
9. Technical Writing skills
10. Experience in the design and delivery of web solutions
11. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
12. Emphasis on mobile and responsive web solutions
13. Experience with Information Architecture navigation structure
14. Familiar with email systems
15. Methodical research skills
16. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with end
users, IT, and management
17. Self-starter with good work ethic
18. Team player who works well with others
19. Flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment
20. Highly organized individual, good decision maker
21. Customer focused
Strongly Desired Skills:
1. Experience with Agile development
2. UX experience
