Job Title : Java Developer With Python

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 1 YEAR plus

 

Note : Only For US Citizen and GC consultants.

We are looking for outstanding software engineers with strong experience in Python and Java development in our database tools team.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of relevant programming languages, web protocols, design patterns, storage, and experience

with Oracle DBs. Existing experience with Oracle DB and it's high-availability patterns is a big plus. Exceptional problem solving abilities will be

critical for success, as will be a focus on quality.

 

·         More than 6+ years of experience developing/testing/deploying secure production quality software products

·         Expert level programming(Python, Java) and scripting skills(Bash) are required with demonstrated ability to solve complex problems

·         Significant experience in managing or working with Oracle database infrastructure, including experience in dealing with Oracle DB failover                patterns is a very big plus.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills are required due to dynamic nature of team discussions

·         Strong knowledge of Linux and Solaris system is required

·         Experience building high performance, high scalability, high availability, fault tolerant applications is preferred

·         Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and previous experience in a story driven agile environment is a plus

·         Oracle DB Infrastructure experience
