Cordys ( BPM ) Lead Developer

Washington, DC

12 Months

Essential Job Functions:

• Client Portal – A web based portal use by Operations Task Teams to document, review, approve, file, and disclose information related to Operational Projects

• E-Consult – A web based procurement to enable advertisement and selection of Consultants using BPMS software Cordys.

• Procurement tracking – An external/internal web based application used to execute the Operations Procurement process between Borrower and Bank teams.

 

Required Skills/Abilities: At least 7+ experience in implementing automated systems.

• Using business process modeling tools to map processes

• Design and develop BPM flows in Cordys

• Design and develop web services to be exposed from the BPM platform and consumed by other applications

• Understanding and experience working with SOA enabled tools.

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications,

• Make sound recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the product. • Analyze the functional and technical impact of product planning decisions.

• Provide project management support, testing support and implementation support to the technical project team, • Provide technical and user documentation for existing and new business and system processes.

• Provide effective on-site product support as needed.

• Accurately sets severity of identified defects.

• Provide input to training and / or documentation materials regarding latest technical and functional design changes.

• Document all work for future reference.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to function effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.

 

Desired Skills/Abilities (not required but a plus)

• Preferred experience creating Java based modules to be used as addons to BPM tools

• Preferred experience with SQL queries in Oracle or MySQL environments
