In Nigeria, Badluck Jonathan has set up a commission to manage all
types of assistance from Nigerians aimed at boosting the morale of
Nigerian troops against BH.
In Cameroon and at the Defence Ministry, there is no transparency in
the management of the anti- BH donations. They are gradually being
transformed into "Beignet Haricot" (BH) by some individuals !!! Not
surprising all at !!!
SOLUTION: A SERIOUS ALL-INCLUSIVE COMMISSION (INVOLVING POLITICAL
PARTIES AND THE CIVIL SOCIETY) SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY SET UP TO MANAGE
THE SAID DONATIONS !!!
