Having been a "Success du temps passe" myself, I can tell you without any equivocation that Cameroon Airlines was composed by Ekambi Brillant and not ex-Mayor Nkotti Francois of Black Styl fame. The female voice in that Hot Makossa tune is that of Cella Stella who latter on (because of closeness and proximity to raw material) ended up marrying the Ekambi guy. How do I know? Bicos, I caught my high school "shweet heart from PCC Pa Mubang" dancing and chopping mop on one of my Ekambi favorite Blues...ELONGI... with my "Best" friend. Can you imagine? I started hating Ekambi from that day till tomorrow. That is why when I see people dancing Zouk Machine to the point of locking their eyes during the swing, I become a temporal Boko Haram with jealousy. Can you imagine? I would not mind if it were Elvis Kemayo's "Te Revoir", Ben Decca's Mouto ka oa or Dina Bell's Wala Longo. I was completely devastated. And to add sores to injury, when I latter on confronted her despicable behavior, she answered: "Na daso for small yeye kissing you dey hyper? If I tell you the rest of the story, I think you go hang." No more no less. Anyways, it did not surprise me. She was from Baforchu. Who in the world dates Baforchu women?
