Qualifications
2+ years of test automation experience
4+ years developing and executing functional test plansas the first requirement.
Experience working within an agile development framework, SDLC models, release management and software development
Expert level knowledge and experience with the Selenium automated test tool and the ability to create, run and maintain automated scripts
Functional UNIX (Linux/Solaris) and Windows experience (including scripting and automation) required
High level of familiarity with the soapUI test tool and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Must have superior communication skills required to document and report on defects and other software issues as well as strong problem-solving ability
Great experience in software testing methodologies & process
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Proven experience in test planning, test development & execution and defect tracking
Customer-focused with high quality standards
Ability to quickly build trusted relationships and thrive in a client site environment - prior experience working for a consulting services company is preferred
4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Must have access to reliable transportation and be willing to travel to client sites. Overnight travel may apply.
Deep level of knowledge in test automation design, frameworks, and iterative development.
Excellent coding skills in an object oriented programming language.
Thorough understanding of software design principles, algorithms, data structures, and multi-threading concepts.
Experience planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large scale system software.
