- Preferred Experience : 8-10 yrs
- Technically very strong in Sybase, SQL
- Good Financial domain expertise
- Participate in requirement gathering, work estimation, design discussion
- Understand the business requirement, application analysis, build as per functional requirements specification
- Prepare uses cases/test case for testing, Component testing and results capturing
- Work with QA, UAT, business users to help identify, analyze and resolve issues / data errors and inconsistencies
- Basic to Intermediate Unix expertise
- Overall good understanding of the SDLC process and be a proactive team player
- Good communication - Need to lead / co-ordinate with business
