Skills:
- 10+ years' overall software engineering experience
- 7+ years' Java J2EE experience
- Recent 4+ years' MQ experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience on a UNIX platform
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in a related discipline.
- Detailed knowledge of and experience with client/server and object oriented software development utilizing Java, Oracle, on UNIX based Operating System.
- Proven experience in analysis and design, coding and testing as well as technical management of teams of 2-4 members.
- Knowledge of XML and XML-related technologies
- Swing experience a plus
- Familiarity with WebLogic Server and planet web server a plus
- Work in financial industry with messaging systems (FIX, SWIFT) a STRONG plus
