Job Description:

·         3+ years previous experience as a Scrum Master 

·         Agile/Scrum Certification

·         Experience with teaching Agile 

·         Experience with Waterfall 

·         Vocal, hands on demeanor

·         Understanding and application of best practice in hybrid environment

·         Strong understanding of agile principles with the ability to direct the team based on those principles

·         Ability to identify team issues proactively and able to correct them team and guide team to an appropriate course of action 

·         Strong problem resolution skills 

·         Strong leadership skills

·         Ability to put together training materials and presentations

·         Excellent communication

·         Background in Technologies (distributed, specifically with mobile apps)

 

POSITION 2: SOLAR

Location:  AZ,

Duration: 6+months,

 

POSITION 3: Guidewire with Java

Title:  Guidewire with Claim Center 6.0/7.0/or Higher

Location: AZ

Duration : Long Term

Exp: 6+ Years

 

Skills : Insurance Or Finance

 Job Description:

·GW Claim Center 6.0/7.0/ or higher

·Insurance or Financial Background

·GW Configuration / Integration Experience ( Both should be ideal – If not any one should be fine)

·Java/ J2EE, Webservices background will be highly needed

·Solid communication skills needed. Candidate has to work with requirement team and Business team.
