● Cisco LAN/WAN Installation and Support
· Cisco Catalyst 6509
· Cisco Nexus 5K, 7K
· Cisco WLAN Controllers and APs
● Network and Datacenter Virtualization Installation and Support
· Citrix
· Cisco UCS
· VMWare
● Tier 1 Troubleshooting
● Good Understanding of Layer 2 and 3 concepts
● Understanding of Routing Protocols – EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VRFs
● Nice to Have: F5 load balancers, Riverbed WAN optimization, Infoblox IPAM, Juniper router experience, EMC Storage
● 5+ years' of industry experience, 3+ years minimum hands-on configuration with the products listed above
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
● Cisco CCNA Certification or higher
