Title: ILM/FIM Developer
Location: Foster City, CA
Duration: 12 months+
Interview Mode: Phone interviews, Skype
Key Skills:
- Needs 7 years of .NET and C# Development experience, so as an experienced developer
- Needs approx. 7 years of experience with Microsoft ILM (Identity Lifecycle Management) and FIM (Forefront Identity Manager)
- Must have experience with recent FIM
- Local is preferred, but those willing to relocate will be considered. Start the search locally, and we can go from there. Even willing to do a skype interview/video conferencing for excellent candidates and no in-person interview
- Interview process: Phone screen and then 2 hour in person or skype with the tech lead, team member, and manager
- Sailpoint experience a huge plus, also familiarity with Microsoft products in general, change management, database work, and SQL
- Will directly be joining a group of 4. 1 current ILM lead engineer and 2 tech Sailpoint engineers. This person will serve as a second lead engineer on the ILM side.
- BA skills- with this type of skillset, this person will be proficient with gathering requirements and understanding the process
- Pharma preferred, not necessary
