The Supply Chain R2P Deployment Lead will apply strong knowledge of Supply Chain business processes to lead business processes reviews, requirements definition, and solution development activities for an SAP Requisition-to-Payment process deployment.
Candidate should have the following experience
- Experience with sourcing, contracting and supplier lifecycle management processes and solutions
- Candidate must have 10+ years of experience with SAP MM and supply chain IT project delivery
- Candidate must have 10+ years' experience working with Business, gathering business requirements and configuration
- Understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies such as waterfall and ASAP
- Candidate must have successfully completed at least three full life cycle SAP implementations
- Extensive experience with the SAP MM (purchasing, inventory management) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes preferred
- Strong knowledge of SAP services procurement processes (e.g. planned / unplanned limit orders, service entries with reference to contracts, etc.)
- Experience with MM integration with PM and PS modules in the materials and services procurement and IM areas strongly desired.
- Experience testing, writing scripts and executing scripts
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
- Candidate must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, using the English language
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must have experience collaborating with business owners to achieve results within a timely manner
Duties include, but are not limited to the following
- Work with SCM organization to identify, design, develop, and deploy the SAP MM solution to the affected business units
- Create detailed functional and training documentation, test scripts, and presentations
- Coordinate functional input for design and development of processes, interfaces, and data conversions
- Lead effort with SCM organization to identify policy and procedure development requirements
- Lead data conversion / cleansing effort.
- Coordinate functional participation in testing effort
- Coordinate cutover activities related to system and process deployment
- Assist with training and other deployment activities as required
- Work with the business to develop training and support plans
