This retired guy at CRTV says Joseph Andersen Le the Deputy over there at the Civil Cabinet,

rouler him dan la farine of his 80 million.  Is this just a one sided story?

If President Biya thanked the man with 80million frs that is the one not devalued in the 1980s,

why did Joseph Andersen Le do what he did?

The man (retired CRTV technican) who prompted the failure of the April
6th coup in 1984 has been completely abandoned by the powers that be
!!!
He claims that:
- Joseph Le '"chopped" his 80 million franc reward;
- Tchiroma had a six-hour meeting with him and at the end of this
meeting, he gave him a "substantial" transport fare of 4 000 frs.
