Like Nico Mbarga before him, we are saddened by death of Jacob Nguni a member of famous Racofils Jazz music team which soothed mothers and women of the world with their "Sweet Mother," tune in the early seventies and thereafter. Even though their music pleased fans of the Anglophone community in Africa and the world, he was a staunch opponent of the Southern Cameroon cause partly due to his upbringing as an anglo Bami. Anglo Bamis are adamantly opposed to and  are a wedge to any southern Cameroons aspirations of a separate state from French Cameroons.
