Re: OBEN MAXWELL STANDING TRIAL AGAIN!

We had a demonstration together with the UNPO in front of the European
parliament demanding his immediate release and our petition
forwarded to them. I do think pressure is being mounted on the biya's kingdom
as we speak. If nothing satisfying comes out from the trial we shall be going there
again. I just drafted an application to that affect. Once more I would love to thank
all those who have been by him all the way. Especially his lawyers Barrister
Berinyuy and all. Special thanks goes also to Hon Ayah for moral and financial
support for our brother and comrade. Maxwell is a die heart Southern Cameroonian
and very patriotic than must comrade I know. May God give him the strength to go on.

Subject: OBEN MAXWELL STANDING TRIAL AGAIN!

One of ours, OBEN MAXWELL EYONG will be standing trial again on Wednesday 9th April 2015. He was arrested since 2nd February 2014 for being in possession of a book written by Che Gueverra and talking about the Southern Cameroons in a transport bus, subsequently tried and discharged by the Military Tribunal Buea for Secession in September 2014 but not released. he was dragged again to the Court of First Instance, Buea last 26 March 2015 in Suit No CFIB/0116C/2015 wherein he was arraigned on a two Counts charge with one ANAGA LUCAS for "taking part in in the arrangement for a meeting in a place open to the public, to wit, an Off licence without giving such notice as required by law and that "you Oben Maxwell Eyong at the same time and place publicly justified the felony of secession". Maxwell's lone witness is Mola NJOH LITUMBE.
