Team Foundation Server
.Net\C#
SQL Server
Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.
Good to Have:
Power Shell scripting
Java script, J Query
MVC, WCF
Client Object Model, REST API
SSAS, SSRS
SharePoint administration
