 Position Title:  PeopleSoft ELM Functional

Location:  New Albany, OH

Duration: 5 Months with possible extensions

 

 Description:

·         Will be responsible for designing and supporting the implementation of PeopleSoft ELM

·         Will include collaborating with the Business Analyst and business partners on requirements-gathering, functional design, configuration, and testing support

·         Have a strong understanding of the interactions between PeopleSoft HCM and ELM learning application, and serve as a PeopleSoft subject matter expert for the learning application

 

Responsibilities:

·         Manage functional requirements by documenting current processes, analyzing alternatives and redesigning processes to implement the best solution using a fit/gap analysis

·         Develop functional specifications including process maps, functional design and test plans for projects requiring technical review and development

·         Recommend system configuration options that will support current functionality as well as establish a framework for future use cases

·         Work with business users and IT resources to define reporting capabilities and options

·         Act as a liaison between technical and functional teams

·         Work with the project management team to establish and monitor project tasks and milestones

·         Facilitate communications, change management and training needs for changes to HR and Learning processes and systems
