Job Title: VMware Engineer With NetApp
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 12+ Months

 

Job Responsibilities:  
Migration of Production servers from local datacenter to the colocation facility. 
Setup a new NetApp storage unit and migrate existing data from the older NetApp to the new storage unit. 
This consultant will be working as part of a team. Team comprised of 5 systems and network engineers.

 

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? 
VMware 
MS Windows Server OS (2000 to 2012) 
MS Exchange 2013 
Active Directory 2008 to 2012 
Citrix 
HP Servers and C7000 blade system (Install, Configure, Maintain) 
Cisco UCS blade system (Install, Configure, Maintain) 
HP EVA SAN (Install, Configure, Maintain) 
NetApp Storage (Install, Configure, Maintain) 
Backup Technologies (Symantec, NetApp, etc.)
